Named for the Brooklyn born, American soul singer, Alice Clark, c. 1947 to 2004, this simple fruity cocktail can easily be made into a mocktail by omitting the vodka and increasing the amount of honey syrup to 1 ounce and the ginger-turmeric tea to 2 ounces. Although Alice had little commercial success, her recordings are now highly regarded…so let’s drink to that!
